After a totally fit breakfast, you can relax by the pool, pay a cultural visit to Frigiliana or have an outdoor activity. This can vary from a mountain or beach walk, or on horseback or by jeep into the nature reserve. If you prefer a massage or spend a day at the beach, we will arrange that for you too. Everything within reach to fully balance your body and mind. End the day with a restorative yoga session or enjoy a delicious glass of cava by the pool, just to recover from an exciting day in the outdoors.
