Grischuk: 'I might need a psychiatric test.' (Andrey trying not to laugh)

Alexander Grischuk makes Andrey Esipenko laugh with his comedy lines during a chess interview, inferring that he might need psychiatric testing after that game. Grischuk does it again. And Andrey's attempts to conceal his laughter is priceless. Two chess kings in their element entertaining us all.

Grischuk is really funny when he talks english. In Russia, telling a Russian that he needs a psychiatre is like degrading him into an abnormal person. So when Grischuk says that he himself needs a psychiatre, it means that he wanted to make fun of himself, on purpose, just to spread positive vibes. Even Andrey Esipenko couldn't hold himself from laughing 🤣

One interesting thing about this joke is that it is funnier from a Russian persepctive. In Russian, both "ПЦР тест" [PCR covid test] and "психиатрический" [psychiatric] have a hard, spoken "p" sound at the beginning. Whereas in English, the "p" in "psychiatric" is silent, so Grischuk is technically mispronouncing the English word, but he is doing it in a way that makes the joke better :)
