A few fixes.
#1 AOT's season 4 onward is a masterpiece of animation. The CGI while not as good as the 2D animation is one of the best the industry has to offer. The music as well as the art-style held up to the older seasons. What can be argued is the pacing which was just horrible. The splitting of the plot into so many parts and two movies happened because of what you described and as a result many fans were disappointed, but that is not to say that these movies were bad. On the contrary, they are some of the best endings I could've wished for one of my favorite series's.

#2 The episode of JJK you're taking about was finished. The rumor if it being only 30% done stems from a post made by one of the animators working on it in which he states that the episode only fulfilled 30% of their artistic view. What that means is not that the episode wasn't finished (which is obvious because if you've seen it you know this episode was finished) but that the episode could be even better. That episode ended up being the marker of a new age in animation, and than it did so again when the Blu-Ray version released. Saying that it wasn't finished is not only misleading, but it also underestimates the value of this episode as the work of art that it is.

#3 The ambition of MAPPAs executives will definitely be their fall (if they fall). They indeed took way too many projects on themselves but the quality is not what they compromise to make that possible. Hell's Paradise, AOT, JJK, Chainsaw Man, all of these anime are some of the best ones ever made so quality clearly doesn't suffer from their ambition. The real problems of their tactic are the overworked animators and that is what you should've pointed out in your video but ended up not doing.

Conclusion, check your facts before posting, watch these anime before judging them because people worked hard to make these, and could you not ask others to resend your stuff for you? It makes you look miserable when you beg for it like that. Putting the main topic aside, this isn't something personal against you, I just noticed that every single video with less than a million views ends with the speaker begging with a pinned comment. Maybe it works, and if it does I'm not judging you, but I, personally, will never follow a guy who begs me to follow him.

fun fact, the ceo and found of mappa was once a co founder of studio MAD house. i remember madhouse had the exact issue in the past. now that ex co-founder of madhouse made studio mappa and he's just repeating history

The Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 animation looks actually better than season 1, because their focus on the motion and not shading actually makes it look good 👍

350 employees is actually a lot for inhouse staff. It doesn't even account for the amount of freelancers that MAPPA hires for each project.

Strength of Mappa is that they want to improve the quality of Animation season by season, a nd the did improve it. (Example: AOT Animation improvement Part by Part)

But the weakest is that they don't take time enough to do it.(Example JJK S2)

Thank God it didn't happen to AOT, and hope it won't happen any of the Anime from Mappa either including JJK S3.

No mangaka CHOOSES the animation studio, that just doesn't happen...ever.

There are probably a few instances of it happening, only one I know of for sure, that being Akira, which was directed by the guy that made the manga.
