Types/culture and ops is particularly interesting because for me it’s how you deduce the friction points across all 3 to bring operational effectiveness and a holistic data strategy is born. Spend more time defining the objective definitions of success. Then the technical solution which will quickly evolve needs to incorporate the measures for success so it’s measurable, this is particularly relevant when you scale and think about how you might want to pivot with what you learn along the way to factor further efficiencies. I really enjoy these series of videos for their clarity of focus.
