Sir I hav an issue.
Sir if a painter who is working on theka basis in somebody's house n painting on outer wall by using that jhula n suddenly that jhula broke n painter fall on ground. In hospital he died then FIR will be registered in 304A Bcz this was negligence. But my ques is wht is the liability of the owner of the house who hired that painter? As the owner has nthng wd the jhula n all the stuff brought by the painter except the paint.
