Now now, seeing dead people isn't a con. It's a pro if you can convince your neighbors that the apartment complex is haunted so the rent is actually stays low. And if you actually own a house, well keep 5-10 vases that you won't mind being broken on the ground because someone broke in. Also if on mortgage, ask the spirits to scare all of your neighbors away so it'll force the bank to give the houses to you (but mostly scrap the mortgage plan and say you own the house now.) Sorry, but neither does the city nor the bank have the money to ensure that 15+ houses consistently look presentable. It's also not attractive if most of the neighborhood move out. Tho we would have to deal with the few people who would still say yes, since the cost would cheap, they're lonely and don't mind ghosts....
