The cutting is actually done with an abrasive which is ground Garnet. Water is just the medium.

To the strongest metal like Diamonds...☝️🙄

Try 40, 000 to 80, 000 psi. Even at these pressures, the machine is self destructing. The stainless steel tubing has to occasional be replaced.

Honestly I don’t know, but I’m extremely skeptical about the 14 million psi.

14 Million PSI my ass.

It's the Garnet in the water that does the cutting I have used them before

its not just water that cut. it rely on abrasives that they put into with the water

I ran a water jet like this for years. It does usually contain garnet (about 80 mesh) as an abrasive but the water is no where near 14.5 million psi. It’s more like 80, 000 psi. (40, 000-100, 000 depending on what you’re cutting)

14.5 million psi. it can cut strong metal like diamonds.

It is not water that cuts, it is an abrasive that is mixed in the water that cuts. Note it.

Water is just the medium, an abrasive substance is what makes the actual cutting..
Is like calling a sand blaster an air blaster

All of that and according to one educational program, it's also self-cooling.

I guess you could say it’s:
Cutting edge

No compressor or pipes can withstand that kind of pressure forces! Please correct your mistakes!

If it is used to cut metal then a mixture of abrsives and water are used, not just water alone. Water Jet cutting that uses only water is used to cut materials such as rubber and other softer materials. Be savy.

Finally, something that will cut through my thick toenails!😊😊😊

Ive held 80, 000 psi with a water lazar working with a ultra high water preassure company called Valley Systems !! We've cut metal with 15, 000 psi by adding fine sand.

What baffles me is why the nozzle tip itself doesn't get damaged, even if it is the world's sharpest cutting tool.

I can’t imagine how they can safely put that much pressure behind it without some flaw within the system rupturing.

1. Its not just water. Small granules of metal or industrial sand mixed with water are also added
2. It cant cut trough anything you put it trough.
