Excellent Video, did not have the 2FA setup, but luckly in the app, there was an option to reset in the Crypto APP, kinda of hard to find, but ur video did work thanks :)

When i am in this section the account and see all the wallets - i have bitcoin (when i click to sell bitcoin (cause i want to have money in fiat wallet) i get info seel to CRO or other ... dont see the option selll to gbp so i can get gbp in my fiat wallet ... i dont get it! Looking for answer eveyowhere on youtube no one gave it yet ... i see a different screen than you have

I did all the steps to withdraw but not sure why it asks me to enter the verification code generated by my authenticator app / 2FA code and I don't remember and I don't know how to reset that code so I can't withdraw money to my bank. Please make a video show us how. Thank you so much

I don’t get why it say’s no fee price but in fact for example if the coin your selling is £300, when you click sell it’s actually less than the £300. Any explanation on why this is if there is no fee?

Basically you have to send an email through the app and then wait for your bank to confirm it for you to take your money back out. It can take a few days or a few weeks. It’s honestly a scam this hole critpo crap now
