INGREDIENTS:
▢½ cup mild honey
▢¼ cup butter (see note 1)
▢3 tablespoons sriracha
▢2 cloves garlic, finely grated
▢1 tablespoon rice vinegar (see note 2)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Warm: Add honey, butter, sriracha, garlic, and rice vinegar to a small saucepan. Warm over low heat until the butter is melted. Then, let cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld.
2. Serve: Transfer honey to a clean container. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Use as desired. Refrigerate extras.
