In case you're a newcomer, and wondering, no this is not a plot point in the series proper. In short, there's this idea in meditation that everybody has a third eye, and the only way to open it is to become one with everything. Tenshinhan was given a third eye in his design as a reference to this, as if he studied martial arts so much that he opened his third eye. However, this is never stated or shown, it's just something a reader might assume based on his design.

This stuff about him descending from aliens was stuff Toriyama came up with during an interview, which he must not have been that attached to as a concept, seeing as he didn't work it into any of Dragon Ball projects that came after.

Tien is not a human, bc in Moro Arc they say Krilin is the strongest human, Mutenroshi is the second one and Yamcha the third one, I strongly think that Tien is stronger than all of them

Triclops would be cool to add into the games like in another Xenoverse game. They added the Frieza & Buu races even though they aren't technically legit things, so why not bring Triclops in too and have them do unique moves with 4 arms?
