Tactical seems strong in this brief clip, but I'll wait to see how it goes in-game. If duration isn't too long, it's not that big of a deal, and could affect some guns way more than others. PK might be meta if Ballistic is, since you can probably sneak 1 or 2 shots still without overheating vs. a R99 where you blink and the mag is empty.

Autoaim ability that does FIFTY DAMAGE, ulty that gives everyone rampart guns with unlimited ammo, assault passive. His on another level OP. Hope he gets nerfed in the first 2 weeks.

I like Ballistic's kit but holy they need to tone down his tactical damage. It should be 5 for the bullet and 10 for the overheat. His Ultimate is going to be interesting since you basically have a fully kitted Devotion/Havoc if you carry it in your sling

Having flexibility is such a great help with vantage you were locked into a sniper being a third gun but this is way better in terms one creating a load out

Crazy thing is. His tactical looks like it also tracks the target. Idk seems kinda op to me but we’ll have to wait and see.

10 dmg on contact and 20 after the target overheats their weapon seems more reasonable.
