In cordillera region, there isnt snow but sometimes the weather is so cold that the trees, leaves, fruits and dew would turn to ice during early morning. I experienced it when i was in baguio and my province during the late 90s

Bruh it's a disaster because all crops will simply die and people doesn't get used to snow so they most likely have a hard time getting used to it.

If we suddenly have winter in the Philippines, with around-5 to 0 degrees celsius, many of us will die. The first to die are the people who earn barely enough to eat because fuel is a necessity each home during winter times.

So we have to be at least thankful not having winter season.

It does not need to have consistent temperature to form. Warm air hold more moisture than Cold air thus making the Snowfall, means it will eventually snow in the Philippines.

Other countries do experience this as well where its hot season before the snow season.
