First things first, 3:13 yes, I see you.

Second, judging by the box of the calendar at 2:33 you put the two white V-shaped pieces of the snowman on the wrong sigeds, they should have created a hexagonal approximation of a ball.

The extra deer head was a tribute to the grass masks by the manufacturer. All will come to fear them in time. The robot Rudolph and mechanical snowman shall bow to their wills and bear their standard to all knock off lego brands in the universe! All hail the grass masks.

Firstly, you got the two trapezoidal pieces the wrong way round, I think it should make a sorta round diamond shape rather than the one you've got at the moment. 

Also, that tree that fades in at the end is the closest thing I've had to an acid flashback. WTF?

I think the translucent ones are presents, the red bricks being the ribbon, and the top studs being the bows. As for the flag thing, I think that's a tag.

Think about it. If Ashens got two reindeer heads, which set has a headless reindeer and two snowman head constructs? Some poor kid out there got a headless Rudolph!
