Robert Patrick was terrifying as T-1000 . It was really awesome how they accomplished T-1000s running . The special effects were amazing in T2 Judgment Day and it still looks awesome to this day .

What I really like is that he doesn't blink when he runs, or when he shoots. I think that adds a lot to the creepy / robotic impression the character gives. Great performance.

I worked with Robert Patrick on _Double Dragon_ for the scenes filmed in Cleveland.
Very cool guy. Friendly. Personable. Down-to-earth. His little brother Richard was playing guitar for Nine Inch Nails and on a day I wrote a NIN shirt to the set, Robert and I started talking about music.
Nice fella. I really liked him.

This guy had the most scariest nightmarish scene while still looking so good. The way he Ran, Drove Tow trucks, Killed people using his long sharpened finger tip and he did it as if he was really something else. Man what a performance, he is all time best Villian ever.

That is actually the most efficient way of running, and it fits perfectly for the robot character. The filmmakers knew what they were doing.
