Excel tutorial: Using Custom Views in a Spreadsheet

In this Excel Tutorial you will use Custom views in a spreadsheet. You will see how you can make use of custom views in conjunction with hiding sheets and filtering.

During the tutoring, if you are currently using a later version of Excel, you will learn how you can add a drop down list to the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of your screen. This will enable you to quickly switch between custom views.
Currently custom views have limited use with the filtering of Pivot Tables and are completely useless if you employ tables within your Excel Spreadsheets. However, may one day Microsoft will allow you to use Custom Views along with Tables in your spreadsheets.
