I was invited to tour the Russian Moskvich Car Factory in Moscow, Russia. From seeing them in the local dealership, to walking in the Car Factory itself. Seeing the Moskvich 3 and Moskvich 3e come together was a very unique experience.

Yay The Russian fun car is back....
and sales are way up since your chill winter video...
A amazing technology...
Bringing back the classic and well loved brand was a very good decision...
Sales and production are still below what would be best...
However I am impatient and I think the company just needs more time...
Anyways It is good to have this brand back...

Hi Russell, great video once again, the car looks very modern. May be in Russia they don't know here in OZ we are a right hand drive country but you didn't seem to have any problems with left hand drive. Very nice of them to let you drive the car in the restricted space inside the factory, the guy escorting you must've been very nervous but you did very well. Cheers from OZ mate.

Very cool video Russell, thank you for showing us the factory!
If I’m not wrong this is the ex-Renault factory in Moscow, is that right? Also it seems the cards are only assembled in the factory, I didn’t notice any actual painting or manufacturing of parts.
Cheers from Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Russell, first, you have the kindest voice and your laugh is a joy to hear. Every time you laugh I find myself smiling! I was showing my hubby part of the video and noticed, he also would smile when you laughed. He wants to watch it when I am finished! Not something he wants to do often. Your kind heart shines in your voice and laughter, something that is so needed all over the world!! Just a pleasure! Such a nice thing to hear and not a sound we hear much in today's world! It's like hanging out with a good friend, having a cup of coffee and a great conversation. You're so personable and just a pleasure to watch and listen and learn from. Nothing is better than spending time talking to a friend, that is what all your videos are like.
This video is fascinating. VERY well done, Interesting and informative. It's amazing how far technology has come. It shocked me how fast they roll off the line, I think you said every 8 minutes. Wow!! I'm also going to have my 11 year old Son watch this, he will love it.
You always do such great, fun and educational videos and this one was icing on the cake. It says a lot for My Hubby to want to watch it when I am done😊 I think the most interesting for ME was installing the engine. I would have thought it would have been installed from the top, and to see it mounted, the floorboards attached, everything already in place just lifted up and attached was amazing to see. Super educational!! Very interesting ! Thank you, my friend, for taking us along with you!! This was great! Job well done!!

When working on a construction project in Africa, the only local vehicles we could by to supplement our allocation of Land Rovers were Soviet era Lada Nivas.
Utilitarian, cheaply built and literally a Fiat 127 body on a GAZ type platform, these vehicles performed superbly. They cost little, spare parts were cheap and a multitude of general parts from other brands could be used on them.
The African terrain was tough on any vehicle but the Lada coped with it all.
Another contractor was amazed when my Lada pulled his Toyota 4Runner out of a deep mud bath on a dirt road where a Land Rover failed.

This car is a Chinese crossover Sehol X4 (JAC JS4), transported to Russia from China disassembled and then assembled using the SKD method. From Moskvich there is only a name and a nameplate ))))

In my childhood, our family had a "Moskvich 412" of the 80s of the last century. Made in the USSR.
Now I have two new Mercedes C200, and a Mercedes GLC300 4 MATIK.

Peace and kindness to all😎 from West Siberia 👍

I drove an electric Honda in 1990 in California. A beautiful car and a very comfortable and silent drive. I remember driving with a friend through the desert from LA to Las Vegas, feeling very futuristic. It had great air-con. Sadly, these cars weren't available for sale, only for lease and when California repealed its emissions laws, all the electric cars were repossessed.

Спасибо огромное, Рассел. Ты снимаешь очень интересный контент. Очень рада, что завод сохранен, что люди ходят на работу, получают зарплату и могут и дальше жить, работать и растить детей.
