The presentation doesn’t really tell you how.. summary here: trade off is always there, live with it. Be careful with 1 way door trade off(how-doesn’t say). Prioritization and trade off with data- collect data and prioritize. Prioritization and trade off without data - use business judgment and customer anecdotes. That’s the 20mins about….
