I am crying for Caroline we called her Carol. She was my classmate and neighbour in medical university. Such a lovely girl. Always smiling, so so kind. God! The whole university was shocked to hear about her death. We din know much then but this feels so so sad. They din deserve such a traumatic death. Dr. Caroline had so much potential, beautiful life wasted in vain. May their souls rest in peace 🙏 and prayers for their loved ones.
SR pay this hit very close to home, hearing about brutal murder of a person I knew well and spent 6 years together as classmates . I will always remember her as a happy, kind and lovely girl, who loved helping everyone and also she loved purple, her entire room was decorated in purple. He is the case of resistant Schizophrenia as his mental health was like neglected by his parents (primary caregivers) since childhood. In such psychotic cases, the patients/ Person doesn’t have any insight… This case is really awful.. During my residency, I came across a similar case where a 16 year old boy killed his entire family. All of a sudden because of his sudden anger outburst. The main diagnosis was conduct disorder. He was regretful of his actions.


But in this case unfortunately he will never regret
