I once had a lot of fun with my friend, cuz we discovered how arrow damage works and that you can shoot when flying with elytra and speed stacks up, so the arrow gains aditional speed from your airspeed, if you get a really good angle to reach highest speed possibly with elytra and strong bow, then you can one-shot fully enchanted netherite player if he has elytra on instead of chestplate.

Could this be used as a one directional cannon in order to repeatedly fire arrows into an upwards bubbling water block (through a dispenser) and then set off a bunch of TNT behind it, launching the arrows quickly forward?

You could probably do alot more damage and use less TNT minecarts if you use Harming 2 arrows instead of regular ones.

@malorem it dosent work becuase instead of the arrow going light speed and oneshotting it basically deletes the arrows becuase of the minecarts

On bedrock and mcpe it dosent work becuase the explosion of the tnt_minecart kills the arrow

I built a rail gun like this but far more powerful always always accurate
