What NEEDS To Happen Before Avengers: Secret Wars

In case you missed it, Marvel Studios absolutely brought the house down with their panel at the most recent San Diego Comic Con.

So much great stuff was announced. The end of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the entire slate of what to expect with Phase 5, and even a little glimpse at what we can expect within Phase 6, and the end of the newly dubbed “Multiverse Saga.”

This includes not one, but two Avengers films: The Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars. There is quite a bit of time before the end of Phase 6 and the release of those movies. But between now and then, there is also a lot of stuff that needs to happen if the studio is going to do Secret Wars justice.

So let’s talk about that. In this video, I am going to break down a few of the things that I personally think Marvel Studios should do, to properly set up for the end of Phase 6. A lot of speculation in this one, but it's all in good fun, so keep that in mind as we move forward.

Speaking about expanding the Multiverse, I think What If…? actually plays a main role in the MCU, cause it introduces many alternative universes and storylines that are based on the comics. So let’s just hope we can get more disconnected films or series for the MCU Multiverse. 🤩🤩

We have to consider what will give the audience the biggest payoff. Here is my take: In Kang Dynasty, Kang will "conquer" the multiverse. He will be basking in the glow of his victory when suddenly...at the last possible moment...enter Victor Von Doom! Now Doom may have been allied with Kang or the Fantastic Four by the time Kang Dynasty rolls around. So it needs to make his betrayal/arrival most impactful. The multiverse will twist to Doom's will, thus creating Battle World. Kang has been a red herring all along. Kang Dynasty is his movie. Secret Wars is DOOM'S.

My personal first rule of the MCU - Never underestimate Marvels ability to change, and surprise. That means you may think you know what's "probably" going to happen, but... "Doctor Doom's just gonna be a cameo", or is he? ("Doom could be a Kang variant." Nice call, I doubt it, but it could happen.)

MCU realization of the characters we all love is such a gift to our generation. Especially the MCU Infinity Saga, i am not sure if that can be ever done again. I am just grateful it happen in our lifetime and got to witness it. Kudos to MCU and thank you!

They have the Fox Universe, the old Fantastic Fours’ universes, 2 Spider-Man’s universes, some of the other universes shown, they have a lot to pull recognizable characters from so they definitely can pull something crazy off

Dr doom needs his own stand alone series . Books of doom, show his come up in latveria … he is kinda an anti hero so they need to show his backstory

I just really hope they give Spider-Man a more significant role in this phase since he is promised to be in both avengers movies.

I think they will probably use some time travel and multiverse stuff to defeat Kang in Kang Dynasty. And then when they finally defeated him the heroes will go, “Oh shoot, we caused an incursion”

Like Spider-Man was introduced in CIVIL WAR, it would be a cool cameo for Miles to appear in SECRET WARS! That is what I would want.
