This was so informative! I have such a messed up sleep. My spine from T2 down is metal. So I toss and turn constantly. If you see can you forgo the duvet and just insert it in your own? Of course sewing in button loops to keep it in place.

Was looking for a review of the Aricove Weight Blanket, as it sounded like it would best meet my priorities: "Cool" via breathability > excessive emphasis on wicking surface material, but not open weave, washable and "weighted material" that stays in place.
