Today I’m going to give you a few tips on your New Year’s resolution. Most people, at the beginning of the year, have a weight loss goal. I’m going to recommend that you change your goal to having more health. Weight loss is a byproduct of getting healthy.

Keep in mind that you don’t want to be too serious when you’re trying to achieve your goals. You may be more successful if you have a carefree attitude. Be positive and certain about it, but not too serious.

When you come up with your goals, include things that relate to health, such as:
• Your Energy Level
• Your Stress Tolerance
• Looking Younger
• Strength
• Flexibility
• Digestion

New Year’s resolution tips:
1. Define your goal exactly (be certain about what you want to achieve)
2. Write it down
3. Use the right knowledge to achieve your goals (watch my videos)
4. Don’t compare yourself to others (compare yourself to yourself over time)
5. Get support (you may need help from one of my keto consultants)
6. Estimation of effort (allow enough time to see results)

Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:
Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. He is the author of the best-selling book The Healthy Keto Plan, and is the Director of Dr. Berg Nutritionals. He no longer practices, but focuses on health education through social media.

Stress has aged me so much over the last 10 years. Gaining weight just exacerbates the stress. My life feels out of control when my weight is up. I need to improve my health also. 2021 will be the year💪

My "resolution" is to be Mindful. To be more present with the things I'm doing, people I'm with, videos I'm watching, books I'm reading. I want to focus on one thing at a time.

I like what was said about writing down your goals. I was told that a small fraction of people actually write down their goals, but the likelihood of those people achieving those goals are very good. Write them down somewhere where you can refer to them and chances are you'll achieve them or make big strides.

I have been engrossed with learning about keto for years I just am not able to consistently do it because life is so hard. My goal is to use keto and intermittent fasting to manage Chronic pain and for emotion regulation. If I can get my pain and emotion regulation under control life wouldn't be so difficult but getting keto consistently to help those things is very hard because those things are so difficult. So if anybody's out there who believes in prayer I could definitely use it. Thank you
