the floor plan is unique, not your typical bungalow. but, there is so much space wasted. I mean the dining areas have 6 seating tables, but they're the size of a table to seat 20. maybe if everything was downsized, then it wouldn't look so weird. I feel like they had way too much money and didn't know how to spend it. Plus, there is no warmth....the colors are just too neutral

Who designed this house....it doesn't flow and are they allergic to bath tubs one full bathroom in the entire house, with so much wasted space it's like the rooms and bathrooms were an after thought. I think it was a man who thought he was a designer with some money to toss around screaming I want this and I want that there and there, the poor builder just got fed up and lost the damn plot! I love the structure of the house. There would be some changes to the decoration. 1. Color and accsesorios that give life to the house. 2. Rooms: Furniture according to size, color in walls and accessories, update bathrooms. 3: Main room: Large bed, light sets, color, sofa grane, TV cabinet, furniture for and reading lamp, breakfast table, open space for terrace, larger bathtub. 4. Dining room: for about 10 people, color, carpet, table. 5: Social area: In a single space TV room, game tables, bar. 6. Yoga area: A complete gym. 7. Space for study or library. 8. Play space for children. 9. Expansion of some windows. 10. In the gardens, flowers that adapt to the climate. Fill the house with love, joy and children.

I personally love all this space!! It just needs some updating, some remodeling, some new furniture...and a dang elevator!! This could work if you have a big family and like hosting a lot of parties! You just have to have some imagination to work the space with a bit better flow! And let's not forget to hire a cleaning staff to take care of this place (and hire a chef me cook, if I can afford this place heck no!!)😊

I take heart that whoever buys this will have enough money to tear this house down and build something spectacular. The descending staircase is something I would consider keeping. Oh and build a ballroom to the right 😀
