i have problem about there are not enough features to track the object from frame 1 to frame 2. please check that the object is not in the area excluded by a mask possibly the object is too small

What happens If I receveied a clip that it was recorded starting from frame 1000 to frame 1300, but blender shows it in frame 1, can I move the clip to frame 1000 ?

The waves/ripples are kinda buggy for me. There are frames where it look underwhelming but fine, but there are also few where the wave/ripple effect kinda explodes for a frame which is inconsistent with the rest. It also does not look like the viewport preview at all.
Any Ideas where it comes from ?
Instead of the monkey im using an Animated model of a trex, is my model the problem here ?
