What is this recent trend of people holding the mic instead of clipping it to their shirt? You're not meant to hold it! Waving it about while you're talking makes the volume levels inconsistent and makes more work in editing later (assuming you even can adjust it after the fact). Clipping it keeps the levels uniform plus you get the benefit of freeing both your hands for manipulating the objects being discussed.

Any companies that sell floating/side glue options in engineered above 3mil? We're trying to avoid ripping out the existing (linoleum, tile, and sub) floor in order to not bother the asbestos but this seems tough to find

Wear layer does not look the same to me. Its close, but you i wouldnt say that the refinishing layer is exact. You clearly have an advantage in solid here.

What about delamination/cuppin😢g? I have had delam issues with wider planks.

What is min veneer layer you recommend for engineered floor? 3mm?
