What actually ARE the "examples" you showed? At this point, they are merely symbols or combinations of symbols.
You should show these things and make sure that they are numbers before making assertions about them, because otherwise it's not clear what you are talking about.
Going one step further back: can you please define what a "number" is?

How can 1/3 be a rational number and pi (22/7) is not. They both are non-terminating decimals.
