Absolutely loved these two couples. I think they are my favorite. Great episode, it would be nice to see an update on both of them. Plus I want to see the new puppy that was promised 😊. I hope they enjoy their new homes.

Just love these couples. Both are so very grounded in the reality of house buying. Opposite ends of age range but very wise. So very happy for each of them and more important than the house is that the relationship between each couple is so beautiful. I love how the younger couple are so anxious to make sure they have room for visiting family. This episode was one of my favourites.

Am happy to see these couples get what they'd been dreaming of, hoping for. Great finds and amazing to have got that house for 100k less than they were willing to spend.

The guy in episode 5 of this series wouldn't pay an extra 5k on a 715k house and his wife was in tears over it - these 2 are like we don't want to lose this house for 3k on a house for 283k - both had the budget to go up....people are so different. That Pete and Georgie in the SE London episode were up themselves - Helen and Richard are just lovely and deserve every happiness!

I still can't get over "they hope to get the keys over the next few MONTHS"!! It's so shocking. House sales in Canada, the US and Ukraine are nothing like that dragged out. Once you put a downpayment, the process is complete in a matter of weeks at most.
