Or just press cmd+l then click the parameter in the plugin (any plugin) then move your desired knob or button in controller and that’s it, not sure but you might have to set up the short mention in the shortcut “key commands” menu

Thanks! I guess the benefit in this over the ordinary "learn" is that it can control different parameters for different channels when otherwise you controlled only one parameter?

My midi keyboard has only the mod wheel, can I use this method to assign it to, say, the cut-off, record the automation with the wheel, then assign the mod wheel to another parameter and record it without having it overwrite the previous automation?
