My sister works in an all-women office.
Some of the craziest, most dysfunctional work environment I have EVER heard of.
Which then leads them to DEI-nzzify the office as a facade for good looks.

Examples of batsh*t crazy:
- boss unironically telling my sister to take Xanax
- boss mocking the tears of 2 other employees
- boss flirting with the electrician, and telling the plumber that although she's taken, he can have my sister (while implying she's sloppy seconds)
- every woman doing their own accounting, because there is no well defined central accounting department
- the group telling my sister to make the ostrich "non-binary"
- workers sending emails at night
- they seemingly don't know who are their customers, and what to sell them, leading to entire conferences organized for 3-4 people
- 2 higher ups saying pregnancy of other employee is inconvenient, and that the employee must fall pregnant in a well defined calendar. IMAGINE A MAN TELLING THEM THAT. HOLY SH&T would they go crazy, but its okay when women do.

- MIND YOU: its in a law firm, so all their illegal batsh*t crazy stuff is done by people who 5000% should know better.
