Man killed defending sister from assault, victim's fiancé says

The 22-year-old stepped in when men were physically assaulting his sister, family says. The victim's sister was shot in the leg and grazed on the arm.

I want to know what made this woman think that Atlanta would be a good place to move to escape the violence. A city where you have a 1 in 52 chance of being a crime victim. Especially to Southwest Atlanta with the highest murder rate and overall crime rate in the city for many years.

This is so tragic 😥. Living in apartment homes can become horrible depending on who's your neighbors. The units are too close together. I currently live in apartments as well and I've been fortunate enough that my neighbors haven't been bad, but there were times when I did live in some apartment homes where the neighbors would try to get you into some kind of altercation or beef with them. Jealousy has always been at an all time high here in Atlanta Ga! My condolences goes out to this young man's family and fiancé 🙏🏾 😢 💔

She got jumped, LEFT the situation to call her brother, they WENT BACK OUTSIDE together with a gun to shoot the three girls who jumped her, they both ended up getting shot BACK AT.

When she walked away alive, she it didn't make sense for them to go back out there outnumbered to get revenge thinking these girls wouldn't have their own weapon.. this is sad on both sides. Sometimes we need to walk away while we still can.

Any man dying defending another, is a hero. His life was taken selfishly and violently. But his soul will have everlasting peace knowing he saved his sister and for that reason alone, until they meet again in heaven; everyone should celebrate his life. My condolences to his fiance and his family.
