Such a deal breaker, many reviewers not talking about it's lack of stabilization in 4k and 1080p 60fps

1080p 60fps is a critical mode for making slow motion footage, but I wonder why Mate 10 can't handle it? Doesn't it use OIS?

And I'm also wondering of it's slow motion capability, how to use the slowmotion mode? And how about the fps? Does it comparable with other flagship? (1080p 240fps or 720p 240fps)
