Integration is +C so for derivatives you use -C since you’re going in the opposite direction

The 'c' hurt in calc 1 hurt me😭... Let alone he actually did not use definition of derivative and used direct rule

Cal 1 : Dervitive of 2e^xlnx = 2/x + 2e^x
Cal 2 : integral of sin^4 x
= 1/5 sin^5x/cosx
Cal 3 : Acess denied

The saddest part is I actually did that in calc 1. On a project of all things with all the time in the world to fact-check.

1) Don't add + C on a derrivative since the derrivative of a constant is 0
2) you can't cancels out x like that, you must use substitution

I was learning cal 2 back when I was college and they ask me find the sum of 1/n, n=1 to infinity and till now I don't know the answer I keep adding and adding.
