I was a GM for a couple years at the tail end of Mike Morheim's career. He was an incredible leader, and he cared so much about everyone in the company, even down to the people in CS with the funky names that help players out when things break. When he left, everything changed IMMEDIATELY. Greed crept in, and a very clear divide between management and staff split the company in two. Then Activision came to finish the job, and now Microsoft has absorbed them. I don't think Blizzard will ever rebound, and that's alright.

A "StarCraft" shooter that has multiplayer would be so cool! I just hope it becomes more than a simple hero shooter..
Wouldn't it be cool if we got a game similar to "PlanetSide" where we had the Protoss, Zerg, and Terran set in a faction-divided map?! I think it would!

This reminds me of the famous quote, “Perfect is the enemy of good”

The only mount that matters for me are the Netherwing Drakes, easily the coolest mounts in the game. (Really wish I had the Swift version...) So I have pretty much been set since TBC. I don't ever feel like I need to get any other mount, let alone pay for them. FOMO ain't getting me~ Grotto Netherwing Drake is the only competition, but I got that one too, and it was free and easy to get~

I am legitimately and thoroughly UPSET. That Thrall game would have been INCREDIBLE and would sold INSANELY well and would have easily started an entire series of games like it. And, it would have given them a TON of new money because there would finally be a successful Warcraft title on modern consoles. Massive L Blizz, get your heads out of your asses and give us what we want.

There's no real way to fix "must apply dots 25% more often". It just feels shit to use.

I restarted my wow account at the launch of TWW after not playing since wrath.
I had no idea what was going on. The leveling speed was so fast that I was level 70 not long after getting through green drake mount. It was never clear to me what quests were specific to the campaign and which were optional so I felt like a vagabond just wandering around dragonflight until I was whisked away into TWW.

Personal opinion as a new player, hitting max level makes the game 10x more confusing. Too many systems all playing off of one another without any warning. The whole list of thing you have to start doing once you hit 80 is rediculous. I’m so lost half the time I’m logged in but there’s things to do?

Oh you mean like timeless pandaria where once you hit 60 with the broken scaling you went from being a god to not being able to kill anything….

New player experience needs to be a whole island. They should make exiles reach an archipelago. With it being by itself, you’ll never have to worry about new clacks (at least for a long time) and it can be hand crafted for new players. It’d work as a good end patch update too

There are many broken parts of this game. They have their baby girl classes that they allow to stay overpowered while tinkering with everyone else to make them sub par. All these class changes but evoker remains absolutely insanely top tier????

I don't understand why they fucking nerf specs just to turn around and rebuff them. It's like they're just making these changes so they can tell their higher ups "Look, I did something!" so they can keep their jobs.

The Thrall voice in Waze is a bit... cringey. I love his character in-game, but as a voice, it just feels weird. Especially some of the dialog lines that aren't strictly for travel directions. I'd have much preferred generic characters for that kind of thing. For example, an orc grunt.

"LOK'TAR! TURN LEFT!"
"We goin' where again?"
"Uggghhh, why you miss turn?! Now me gotta think..."
"We here! FOR THE HORDE!"

Or, on the flip side, a High Elf Priest or Human Knight a la Warcraft III.

Priest:
"You want to go WHERE? Ugh... humans."
"In half a mile, turn left... or don't. Why would I care?"
"You missed the turn? I'm shocked."
"Oh good, we're *finally* here. Now leave me be."

Knight:
"To the king! Or, uh, wherever it is we're going!"
"In five hundred feet, turn right!"
"We've missed the turn? Oh dear. I can fix this..."
"We've arrived! Victory for *muffled* Lordaeron!"

IMO the trading post is really good at two things. Being a vehicle for removed/unobtainable items becoming obtainable again, and driving an immense amount of FOMO to keep players logging in every month. I think at the very least they don't have any daily log ins that you have to do, like, you can just finish the entire 1000 if you log in the last day because there is probably like 10, 000 worth of points to obtain across the month.

I think the DF levelling buff is the clearest example of them moving too quickly and not having enough dev time. 8 week patch cadence is bad, It is a practice of shipping the minimum viable product to the least discerning consumer who just wants "fast". Trading Post is another example - I think the vision is clear, but the implementation is all over the place.

Everything they're making is not getting the iteration we expect, until hotfixes after it's released. I don't like this meta.
