For the sambas hip issue, I recommend switching out the insoles for Fulton shoe insoles. They give a ton of support!

Regarding the samba problem, you can either use an arch support insole or you can get spezials that already come with arch support

Cobra pose always helps my hip issues. I just do it for a out 10 minutes total per day until things get better.

regular T-shirts are actually always knitted, most stretchy fabrics/clothes are. A woven fabric in and of itself doens't stretch or it would need to be woven with a very stretchy yarn. So like jeans will often have some elastane interwoven, but like yoga pants will just be knitted.
