The Revv 1 is one of the latest additions to Ride1UP’s lineup of e-bikes, and what a jaw-dropper it is! We’ve seen plenty of Super73 wannabes popping up, but in this case, Ride1UP is really giving them a run for their money. We put the bike to the test, and we talk about its performance and its specs in this Ride1UP Revv 1 review!

With a 750W rear-hub motor and a 52V electrical system, the Revv 1 Puts the pedal to the metal! The bike ships as a Class 2 e-bike but can be converted to Class 3 mode for use on roads. It can also be unlocked further to Off-Road mode for even more oomph!

Whether you’re using just the throttle or choosing to pedal, the Revv 1 features a smooth, casual, and comfortable ride experience.

You’ll have to watch to see how the bike performed, but we were pretty amazed by its attractive and affordable price tag. Whether shopping for the hardtail model or the full-suspension version we reviewed, you can rest assured that the Revv 1 won’t break the bank.

I've been on on YouTube since the day it first went online. I've watched a LOT of product reviews; so many I am qualified to review the reviewers.

As master of all I survey, and then some, YOUR reviews are some of the finest I have ever watched. And your attention to detail is excellent (e.g. the set, props, closeups, narration style, subject matter, etc.)

Keep up the excellent work.

As someone how has owned two Ride1up bikes, you should definitely look into a 52 tooth chainring if you get any of their 750w bikes

Nice bike. I wouldn’t make too big a deal about changing the rear tire, so long as you have moped tires. They are DOT rated and much more puncture resistant than bicycle tires

Way back when I had an A2B ultrmotor bike with horrible 20” Kenda tires. Switched to 16” moped tires and never had another flat

Juiced HyperScorpion is a moped style. This is like a big mini bike with no gas motor. We can say a Scrambler or Cafe bike style if anything. Very good job in your review and info.. Very nice commenting 👍😎

Thank you for this good review! A rack would be nice.

I've seen a lot a lot of reviews on different bikes. And by far you do it the best

You guys are due for an Ariel Rider Kepler test.. A model from Wired would be nice. And an Amp Rides bike. The biggest and best motor and battery combos are somehow not getting their showcasing here. 😁 Looks like you are not getting the top dogs that are a cut above, unless they send them free.

Anyone know what brand the brakes are on the Revv1? I’ve got air in my rear brakes and don’t have any braking power, need to buy a bleed kit but want to make sure the fittings match these calipers

I’m 6’2” 225 lbs, no issues with the size of the bike. I leave it in Off/Road mode and just make sure I don’t ride like a Dink. Spoken to multiple police officers while sitting in traffic with no issues. New chain fixed the issues, my only gripes are a slight lag on throttle or PAS on a hill, as well as the response from the motor while Hill climbing. Would love to see a 72v 1500w or a Dual Motor option in the future

The range test was meaningless to me since your had it in Class 2 mode. No one would keep it in that mode for very long. Also it would have been nice to know how easy it is to switch between modes, e.g. from Class 3 to off road and back again. Thanks!

Hands down the best review for the revv1 so far..great bike but I'll wait to see if they would fix the minor issues..like the chain and tensioner, the odometer that gives a wrong reading and give us a quick disconnect on the motor power cable..but still as I said great bike and would be my next purchase too .
Oh by the way I'll definitely unlock it for max speed..but most of my riding would be in class 2 mode tho(20mph) to save battery for a longer ride..

Nice review.. can you tell me what helmet are you using on the beginning of the video? The black helmet.. also, is it a good one to use with this e-bike? Thank you!

I want to buy one but I live in The UK and they only ship inside the US 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
Where can I find one second hand (prepared to pay for shipping costs) ?

When you say they’re going to have an option for an additional battery does that mean we’re gonna be able to run them in parallel or is it going to be a swap out type of thing when one is depleted?

@electricbikereport I’m looking at upgrading from my RR+. I’d like more speed, torque and better brakes. Not to mention the looks are awesome. Any experience with carrying a passenger on this and/or brake pad wear relative to a mechanical disc? I’d be riding in class 3mode, commuting in Boston 40mi a week. Carrying a kid occasionally to sports practices. I’m getting sick of crappy brakes and having to adjust them weekly. Thanks!

Any recommendations on a class 2 motorcycle style foldable e-bike?

YouTubers, if you are kicking the REVV 1's tires before making a purchasing decision, THIS is the only video you need to watch.
