Allow more line out before you cast. The lighter the lure, the longer lead.

Nice combo. I was thinking about getting a salamandura spinner but they dont have enuff drag power for big river stripers I fish for. Jdm reels biggest one I saw was a 4000 size. Love the look and the colors of them

What is the point to cast that??? Your perdigon fly should be drifted down the river with the Euro nymphing setup. How can you detect a strike without a tight line system?
