Peanut Butter Pie, no-bake, the easiest to make, most delicious pie to eat

If you like peanut butter, then you will like this pie. Best if all, it is a no-bake pie. It is so simple, so delicious, and with only a few ingredients, you can have this made for dinner tonight. Make it before you head out to go to work, set it in the fridge, and come home to the most delicious peanut butter dessert. That easy. I hope you will try this and please, if you do, let me know. Ingredients:
1 pie crust, baked and cooled, or 1 graham cracker pie crust
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 8oz package mascarpone cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 8oz cartons whipped topping
2 cup powdered sugar
Magic Shell ice cream topping

Directions:
For the pie...
Beat together cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla just until blended. Add powdered sugar. Whip together. Add 1 8oz carton of whipped topping, blending until well combined. Pour into pie crust.
For topping...
Cover with 1 8oz carton of whipped topping. Drizzle with magic shell ice cream topping. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours.
Optional....Whip 2 cups of heavy whipping cream with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and top pie.

You put this one out early today! How decadent this is! I think I am going to take this one a step further for the filling and melt/swirl chocolate through it! Karen, I had a best friend, she passed away in 2009 at 57. When we were young and dumb we would go to the clubs, drink and have a blast. She would love to eat afterwards and she would sometimes stop at this late night restaurant, order their peanut butter pie and eat the whole thing in the car! I can't think of peanut butter pie without thinking of her!

We make a peanut butter pie from a local restaurant contest winner. It is same as yours, (except no marscapone cheese) and on a crushed oreo crust, so no magic shell drizzle. We LOVE it! Dang another good one. Peanut Butter is my go to every morning. On raisin bread, cinnamon raisin bagel bottom with skipping natural chunky and layer of golden raisins bagel top. Cut in half eat. Save other half. I even put peanut butter on iced cinnamon rolls.

Looks good Karen. I use Hot Fudge instead of Magic shell. I also put it on top of the pie shell before the filling. Delicious!
