I like how this song has a very sad, but unnerving vibe into it

As Gumball is literally singing his heart out as he is forcing himself to open a smile, while probably also knowing this is the last of him in the "real world", as the darkness is slowly catching onto him like it got already to his friends..

You can feel how much he didn't want to do this.. But he had to, and he held onto it, and knew there was no way other than to continue..

It's pretty much a goodbye with grief, but also acceptance.

I LOVE THE DETAILS with Penny basically replacing GF and looking back and forth between the two while they took turns but when she glitches out she only stares at BF AUGH ITS SO GOOD

I love how there’s no meter to show who’s winning, since the player is only here to accompany Gumball in his final moments

If ive one thing to note, I love fully corrupted Gumball’s expression.

He’s smiling, yes. But the eyes, the eyebrows- you can see distress, with some lines near the edges that indicate he’s in a state of shock and confusion. His icon is sweaty and dissheveled, the only real sign of corruption present there being the strings of glitchy mass.

He’s fully aware and present. But still, his body moves without him, screaming into the void. Very cool!

At first I was just a fan of Pibby Apocalypse... I just loved the mod

and I never imagined being able to work on this incredible project and also make an incredible background for my favorite mod week, I simply love you pibby apocalypse, you are the best FNF mod

I love that Gumball glitches out whenever he misses, and gets a piece of text telling him to try harder in some way. It seems like the corruption is trying to make Gumball smile to succumb to it, but missing doesnt help, so the corruption reticules him.

Maybe him missing was him fighting back?

Gumball being aware his friends are gone makes this even more sad, because he wants to fight back, but he's scared he'll get "retconned" from the show, in other words, killed off by the darkness, so he has to comply, its not until he admits they're not real that he starts to lose himself. Stay strong, gumball, you'll get through this.

You can really feel the emotion of the song, the instrumental having this sad and unnerving, but triumphant tone to it, like the Darkness brags that it’s won through the music. The way Gumballs voice has been fine tuned to make it sound like he is screaming, as if he’s calling for someone, ANYONE to save him. Truly the peak of Pibby Fnf, can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of the mod and especially Darwin’s appearance. Love to everyone on the team and wishing y’all a good hiatus!!!❤

this song gave me goosebumps, the melody is giving nostalgics vibes, it's sad yet beautiful to listen.
It's like re-thinking about the good things in your life, until reality hits you,
a show where only you, see the bad in it,
but you got someone, who is here to show you the good things, until they disappear, and darkness comes back.
And the animation, is really colorful, then becomes dark,
like a childhood fading away because of the time passing by,
until you create a childhood to someone else, and help them to keep it.❤

the crazy thing is these devs did not have to show us this teaser and yet they did
I absolutely adore the amount of work that's in this mod with the artwork and the music
cannot wait to see how great the mod is on release
it inspired many to make their own lwp mods!!
