Terraria's weather just got even better

As someone who plays a lot of modded terraria, my mind immediately went to fargo's souls when I saw the lightning, since that mod has the same mechanic. Good to see it will be vanilla, and it looks pretty cool

Lighting is a terrifying concept to someone who’s trying and failing miserably to do a hardcore run lol. The idea that the sky could just kill you because “haha funny”

I put out a tweet to Red asking if we could get a toggle for which title screen music plays when you launch the game and he liked the tweet so fingers crossed

I really hope the leash also works on pets. They give us so many but you can only ever have one at a time, so it'd be nice to have a way to put them on display.

00:52 it looks like the mechanic of lightning from Lethal Company, where the item your're holding while there's a thunderstorm lights up with some sparkles before the actual lightning comes to strike it.

Seeing the slime not only act as a hopping lightning rod but exploding into flames (and dropping normal loot) after being hit is hilarious

I like the placing the critters down feature, I never really found good spots to put terrariums for my golden critters. Very excited for the update!
