I remember hearing this solo when I was in my 20's back in the 80's when this song came out.
Back then, it was much more difficult to learn guitar. There was no YouTube or DIY videos. You could take private lessons, but they were expensive and nobody local to me taught rock guitar. It was either classical or country, but I wanted to learn rock guitar. So I listened to cassettes or records, constantly rewinding or jumping backwards on songs to learn a particular phrase. Now YouTube can show you a video on any solo you wantSure I could do it now, but my drive to get that good on guitar isn't that
much nowadays, a sign of getting older..Plus I never made that much when I did play . I played in clubs for a while which was a burnout. I'll be
59 in May.l This is one of those solos that I wanted to learn, but never did. Good playing man..A few minor mistakes, but pretty damn close.
