On SE 2 there is no Dock in the iOS app for changing to Favorites. I think in latest update, this is now called pin and you do it right there at the app list on the watch.

For typing on your Apple Watch you can actually use your iPhones keyboard. Anytime you open the keyboard on your watch it sends a notification to your phone. It will even work if your iPhone is locked so you don’t even have to unlock your phone to use the keyboard for your watch.

It would be cool, if in scribble, there was like auto correct words like on the keyboard And yes, I agree the keyboard is rather small if you have big hands to for typing. if you double tap on the crown, it could switch between apps too
