I still use my Note 3 to this day. I made an update to Android version 12 and gave it a 9600mAh battery ^^.

Don't forget about the screen size, it's 5.7 inches, but with a 16:9 aspect ratio, so the screen was wider then most of today's candy bar screens. That's one reason why the note 3 screen seemed so big.

I'm always suprised by how smooth older phones run

For me I like the older phones for my older games and apps that I purchased from 2009 to 2016. Those apps run like a champ on legacy 📱 phones from back in the day.

It can do bunch of stuff that no phone can do now days. And it run on supported version of Android 11. Fact that you could change battery and expand storage plus nice additions like 16:9 screen 3.5 mm jack, and usb 3 is something that iphone got just some days ago. Actually feels kind of crazy that iphone is like 15 years behind Android in some features.

I still rock a note 3 for a browser and then a cheapo phone for hotspot and calls . You cant beat having the ability to swap out spare batteries. The oled is great i can run fl studios and pubg / record my live music and upload hd video to my laptop id say theres reasons to pick one up for like a cheap option to have those things if you already have a cheap phone but you want those things, thats without going into what you can do with a rooted device

This phone is a really big upgrade for android! Really big, and actually decent specs to this day! I wouldn't recommend buying it as your main, but if you like living simple and want a simple and old phone, then definitely get it. I'm surprised that one model can record 4K! It still performs all right.

This phone is 16:9 at 5.5 inch and while watching videos you will have the same screen area with a phone like 6.7 inch 20:9 screen. Since most of us watch youtube videos with our phones all the times, buying this phone makes some sense for the screen space.

My childhood phone I remember having one of these and I used to play those og mobile games like tempo run and crossy road but nowadays the mobile games on more modern phones are full of ads and I remember when my note 3 killed a battery and when I put a new battery in it it lasted atleast 4 days and I did charge if aswell but at the end it won’t let me charge it anymore

I remember those i🐑 complain that too big of size 2 carry on pockets. And also say just use PC or laptop. But now 🍎📱 are making a size bigger than this size currently but still no S pen. But now the new Galaxy Fold 5 is putting like Note series pen same way.

Just pulled mine out after all these years. Still boxed with all accessories and no scratches. I left it off for at least 6 years and the battery is still showing 85% charge. Absolutle miracle this phone. Everything runs fast and fine, resolution is amazing.

I got one of these off eBay in mint condition for $30. Nice thing is, you can just buy a new battery if it runs out. It's a shame that it only runs Android 5.0 natively.

I remember my dad getting me this phone at 19 years old I didn't have any phones so when I got this phone was very exacting.. Back then cameras wasn't the best but this phone really made it fun taking pictures and video since it had 4k something a lot of ppl didn't know about... ima get this phone again bc the camera isn't bad ima use it for work and watch YouTube videos ..the battery exchange is the reason I want to get it again nothing like having 100% battery in seconds u can't beat that... not all the type will u remember find an outlet or a spot to charge ur phone quick

My note 3 still looks like new and is on it's third battery, what to know something interesting, every battery failed and expanded, doubled in thickness, not a design flaw, done on purpose to break phones with fixed batteries.

My mobile getting more heat and also network problem like sim automatically off and on always . The biggest issue is more heat without using and lot off batteries are dead but i really like the phone
