He is definitely the problem. The only reason the cardinals had been doing better is because the hitting came around. For example today Genesis Cabrera comes in and gives up a grand slam and oli leaves him in for the next inning only to give up another solo shot And then finally pulls him. He's a very reactive manager rather than being proactive.

Oli isn’t going anywhere. Not this year, not next year. Mo had a good manager and fired him because he wouldn’t go along as a yes man. Nobody else would have even hired Oli. Look in his eyes during the post game show. Even he knows he is way over his head.
