My review of EA's WRC predecessor, Dirt Rally 2.0. A rally sim that is miles better to EA'S WRC!!

The amount of stages gets even worse when you consider that the 2 long stages are just a combination of 2 short stages going both ways. So actually its just 4 or 2 unique stages, depending how you want to think about it. Still a superb driving experience though!

Sounds on DR2 beat any other rally game and that is the reason I keep playing it over the rest.

Still Playing Dirt Rally from time to time and it's also very good at simulating driving physics

I have very little to complain about Dirt Rally 2.0, only that it takes unreasonable amount of storage space, wish there was some more countries and at times during races the track feels like it repeats some track elements.

0:34 did you ever play WRC rally evolved? The physics are amazing and can definitely say that they are very close to RBR, all you need to do is turn off the assists in settings


Also nice review, i wanted to get EA sports WRC however after this review ive decided i wanna get Dirt 2.0 instead

Lowkey EA wrc is saddening to me. Its an amazing game. The graphics suck because there was an ending rush, and the team was scrapped right after. Dooming the game. Thanks ea.

Personally feel dirt rally 1 is the best game codemasters have made even though dirt 2.0 and the new wrc are enjoyable.

IMO EA WRC has better physics than DR 2.0, specially on tarmac. DR tarmac handling was same like gravel but with higher grip.

And VR is a special experience. Great game. But EA WRC is also ok... but disappointing graphics and VR performance. And anti-cheat indeed.

2:28 actually EA WRC is a great game. Some people dont want to on from DR 2.0 and EA WRC had a few issues at lauch but now is perform very well.

2:30 its kernel level anticheat made by ea in house. The people who made games force u to watch ads and grind microtransactions is adding anticheat likely to prevent people hacking the shittier podium pass out instead of playing for more hours than there are in a month to unlock everything
