Method

For Laphing-
-1 cup Maida
-water for kneading
-salt to taste
-1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder

For Chilli Paste-
-2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
-salt to taste
-1 tbsp Chilli Paste
-1 tbsp Soya Sauce
-1 tbsp Vinegar
-1 tsp Sesame Oil
-1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

For Laphing Sheets-
-laphing sheets
-chilli paste
-vinegar
-wai wai masala
-wai wai noodles
-gluten

Note- dekho dough lagane ke baad use acche se wash karo for 3-4 times and ab jo gluten niklega use side me rakh lo
-and ye starch wale bowl ko atleast 4 hours ke liye side me rakh do and dont disturb it, baad me jab water upar aa jaye to use carefully nikaal do
-gluten me yeast mila ke keep it aside for atleast 15-20 minutes and then ise steam kr lo for 15-20 minutes and cut cut kr lo
-sheets banane ke liye ek kadhai me water add kro and use boil hone do, and ek steel plate ko oil se grease kr lo then plate ko Boiling water ke upar rakho and batter daal do, cover it and steam it for 5-7 minutes on medium flame(make sure paani boil ho ke plate ke upar na aa jaye)
-steam hone ke baad plate ko nilako and thoda thanda hone do, carefully sheets ko nikaal lo, ek plate pr oil lagao, sheet ko dalo and then phr se oil lagao, phr doosri sheets ko dalo
