In this video, you'll learn how to use Brekel Body v2 to live stream Mocap into Unreal Engine.

There are subtitles and timestamps if you don't happen to catch something that I've said:)

The programs that you will need are: Brekel Body 2 and Unreal Engine. This tutorial was made with UE4.26 but should work with older and newer versions like UE5 as well. You will also need the Kinect v2 for the Xbox One.

Keep up the amazing work man! I just discovered brekel and pulled out my old Kinects to try this! Ofcouse now all these AI solutions will offer groundbreaking leaps in mocap - but it is so nice to have an oldschool analog option that doesnt require a 1000s dollar Xsens or Rokok suit :P

yeah, I tried both of them. You were right. Brekel does have better results. Thanks.

I have brekel streaming and livelink finds it but doesn't find any of the bodys or animation assets, only the session...

Thanks for the video!
Bought body v3, connect source message - "source type" appears. But "subject name" does not appear. Why could this be happening?

Can Live link work on a dedicated server, or only on a package?

Suggestion, when we wish to pause at the end all the links come up. Good information hiding behind them, and it tricks us into clicking. Simply right clicking the message doesn't actually do what it says either.
