Educational video for kids that talks about country music. Musical genres are the different types or styles of music and each of them has different characteristics. Country music is a type of music that was born in the rural regions of the southern United States in the early 20th century. In country music, we hear a mixture of slow and fast rhythms. String instruments such as fiddle, guitar and bass along with others such as piano and percussion instruments are the most typical in country music. It is also characterized by the banjo, a guitar-like instrument with four, five or six strings. Its body looks like a drum and it is usually played very fast.

This video is a very useful and interesting resource for children. It is perfect for explaining to children what music genres are and introducing them to country music. It is an excellent video for elementary education.
