I read Tony's book Unlimited Power just after I graduated high school and it completely changed the course of my life which was headed no where at the time. I still listen to his audio programs probably once a year to keep me on track.

self notes -
- we live in seasons, in cycles
- create a path towards better future
- in winter we can get stronger
- notice the patterns, macro and micro, inside us and overall world
- creating a path regardless of the outside circumstances
- Exactly what it is i want and why do i want it? new skillls, new mentors, new behavior
- see the gap between where someone is and where they want to be
- what has got in the path before
- fear, limiting beliefs
- learn the skills that are needed to get what i want
- plan to make progress
- slay the dragon
- daily practice of doing right things every day

I heard this guy give some of the best of advice: _'If you're feeling lonely, do something for somebody else and you won't feel lonely anymore'_

“If you could do anything and knew you wouldn’t fail, what would you do?” Tony Robbins. This quote inspired me to set two long distance women’s cycling records at age 55. It’s true! Thank you Tony!!!❤ Live in denial of your limitations.

As an Irish person who visited the United States, there is no better country in the world for opportunity and the pursuit of happiness, in my opinion.

This is my first time ever listening to Tony Robbins and I hate that I have missed out on his motivational speaking all these years. I really need this to help me jump start my next venture at 59 years of age soon to be 60. Thank you.

Just started listening to Jim Rohn about 2 weeks ago . He was Robbin’s mentor. I can hear his fingerprints all over Tony! It is Great advice

The main blockades to our success:
1. The political class and the laws/regulations they impose.
2. The corporations that are owned by that same political class, so that both collude to control us.
3. The lies of the corporate media, keeping the masses so ignorant that even they collude against our informed choices.
4. Academia, which essentially overlaps with the political class and corporate class, anyway.
5. Our failure to take responsibility for our own lives.
