Its a co ownership scheme. learn the business terminology. It wasnt an investment scam its a partnership program wherein your a co owner of the said business. When your a co owner of the business you are also involved in its non performing situation. On this case the business is not earning naturally you wont earn thats basic business 101. You are guaranteed on the revenue now if theres no revenue then theres no scam your business just didnt fly well. If you got into this business cause of luis then thats failure in your part to do your due diligence. Check your fine print what your getting into cause this case will just be thrown out of court
