I used to travel by car between Winnipeg and Brandon. Canola fields in full bloom are just breathtakingly beautiful! Haven’t been there in a while, thanks for the reminder.

I saw canola for the first time about 8 or 10 years ago when I was driving into Thunder Bay, Ontario, and wow, never seen anything as brilliantly gold like that. Even sunflowers don’t have the solid brilliance. Good to see the escapes going in...

Must feel good to finally have good water content in the honey!
Wonder if the fact that everything is blooming later this year will help prevent robbing when you pull the honey. Not having to use the giant pillowcases would save some time.

Bit of rain, ironicly, gets the moisture down giving the bees time to fan out all that moisture, if im correct

Have you ever had the cable break while holding a big stack of honey supers? That looks like a lot of weight. Not sure steel toed tennis shoes would even help. LOL!
